Plans and access
Consumer plans include one simultaneous connection unless another quantity is agreed in writing. Access lasts for the purchased period. Prices, features, and reseller arrangements may be updated for future purchases.
Acceptable use
Do not resell consumer access, share credentials outside your household, interfere with systems, circumvent security, automate abusive requests, or use the service in violation of applicable law. We may restrict or end access for misuse.
Availability
Channel lineups, program schedules, picture quality, and individual sources can change. Performance also depends on your internet, network, device, player, and location. Maintenance or external events may cause interruptions.
Orders and payment
Sending a WhatsApp or Telegram message does not itself complete a purchase. Support confirms availability, applicable discounts, payment instructions, and activation. Never send payment to an account that has not been verified through the official support channel.

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. XOXOIPTV is not liable for indirect losses, third-party applications, customer equipment, internet service, or events outside reasonable control.
